Helpful Corporate Admin Tools

As I work with different startups,  I have had the opportunity to compare various corporate tools and admin solutions. Here is a list of some popular resources that I believe work really well:

  • Slack for internal messaging, reminders and other internal communications.
  • Zendesk for customer support and tickets management.
  • BambooHR for performance management, goals setting, feedback collection and holiday/ absences tracking.
  • Expensify for expense and claims management.
  • Scheduleonce integrated with Zoom and Google Calendar for external meetings scheduling.
  • Asana for project management (well, I have some reservations about that one, but others really like it).
  • Confluence for internal documentation catalogues, structuring policies and procedures, document search and filing (I personally find it way better than G-drive or  Dropbox).
  • Dashlane as a password manager (this is my personal fav, everybody else uses 1Password)

Just to be clear – I’m not an affiliate, just sharing here these resources because i find them useful.
