Most FinTech Founders Hate Playing Bad Cops Against Compliance

Published by Yana on

Most founders would rather be seen as an inspirational, positive figure in their organization, and not as the person who has to constantly push back against their compliance team. If you are one of those founders who feel as if they are always playing the bad cop, this episode is for you! In today’s show, I share my perspective on how to improve the relationship between founders and compliance officers; it is not a quick fix and involves some major changes incorporated in a subtle way, but if you are able to implement these changes, it will benefit the parties on both sides of the equation and the organization as a whole.

If you found value in this episode, I would really appreciate it if you could leave a review!
