Catch22 of the Compliance Profession
The Catch 22 of Compliance Profession can be summarized as:
- I love learning new skills and I really need to learn something new every day to do my job, but...
- I don’t feel quite appreciated for my contribution and knowledge, people bombard me with questions, get their answers and go away – they don’t even realize how much work I actually put into it to be able to help them.
Sounds familiar?
Well, I have decided to do something about it.
When I asked my peers what’s the area they want to know more of, but never got the time to do it or did not know how to start – the answer was overwhelming “PRIVACY”!!! - Because it touches everything from AML to marketing to fraud management to accounting.
At the same time, when I asked “what’s your biggest frustration” – one of the most common answers have been “not feeling appreciated” or “not knowing how to confidently talk about my accomplishments and the value I add to the business”.
Well – I have something prepared just for you, if you can relate to these sentiments.

Most people never read most privacy policies they accept – and it’s unfortunate. Actually, it’s a HUGE misconception and myth that data protection is complex. At the same time, you cannot protect your business from disputes or complaints, if you don’t know and understand, what’s in your privacy policy.
On a personal level – when was the last time, you updated your resume or added new skills to your LinkedIn? Wouldn’t it feel great to be able to learn something valuable and simultaneously learn how to speak about it and present it so that your skills and knowledge really stand out and appreciated?!?!?
If you feel that it’s probably easier to write War and Peace than to write an average Privacy Policy - it’s my goal to show you that actually Privacy Policy is a lot of fun and can be super easy to prepare!

- In just 5 days, using short daily assignments and templates I will guide you and help you build your own (possibly very first) Privacy Policy – from scratch!
- You will not need to spend more than 15 min a day!
- We will have quick Zoom Q&As calls during 5 days to answer any questions you may have!
- We will be adding new skills and accomplishments to your resume as we go through the Challenge and at the end of it, I will share with the participants my own professional resume that I have successfully used to get noticed and hired over and over again J!
