In episode 18, Yana and Tom continue talking about their lessons from 2019. Today, the focus is on being more introspective, how to make better decisions by looking in the mirror, and the main reasons for parting ways with clients, partners or team members. Yana and Tom also look back and happily smile at their joint 2019 pet project “Hole in the Whole” and reflect on how easy and effortless it has been for them to start this podcast.
